For over 30 years, this important Science Research Conference has presented new research advances in the field of small GTPases in an environment that fosters new national and international collaborations. This year’s program will concentrate on exploring small GTPases within the dynamics of disease pathology such as cancers and normal biological functions such as cell signaling, growth, and development. The major themes of the meeting will focus on therapeutic targeting of RAS and other GTPases, exploring the cell biology and biochemistry of GTPases (along with the development of model systems to address their function), and biophysical analysis of GTPase complexes. This meeting will also provide opportunities for early-career investigators and trainees from historically excluded groups to present their work and interact with leaders in the field.
