September 22, 2024 - September 26, 2024
For over 20 years, this conference has fostered new knowledge, methodologies, technical capabilities, and interdisciplinary collaborations in the realm of transcription, chromatin, and epigenetics in aging. The meeting provides a uniquely interactive, diverse, and inclusive forum for trainees and early-career investigators in very different areas, highlighting their research through lectures, short talks, poster presentations, and more. This year's conference will integrate the most cutting-edge interdisciplinary technologies, including chemical biology, metabolism, and therapeutics into an interactive format, focusing on epigenetic mechanisms in aging and disease. There is a vital need to understand the epigenetic mechanisms of aging and age-related diseases (notably neurodegeneration and cancer), as these mechanisms can have long-lasting consequences and are readily actionable by compounds. We will aim to build strong and long-term collaborations between the epigenetics and aging fields and bridge biological and translational aspects to foster interaction and enable potential collaborations.
